Acceptance of risk & cancellation policy I understand that participation in any puppy classes/ private one-on-one lessons/ or a behaviour consultation and training assessment is not without risk to myself and my dog/ puppy, as well as any family member or guests who might attend. I hereby waive and release See Spot Learn, employees, officers, members, and agents from all liability of any nature, for injury or damage suffered as a result of my participation in any appointment, including any damage or injury resulting from the action to any person or dog, or for any accident occurring on the premises or its surroundings where dog training/ lessons/ assessments take place. I fully understand that my pet(s) will not be allowed to join See Spot Learn unless I have provided proof of vaccination in a form acceptable to See Spot Learn. Bookings & Cancellations To ensure you are guaranteed a reservation for any of the services we offer it is advisable to pay in full online as soon as you receive your invoice. If there is a cancellation, please notify us 24 hours before the appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Lessons/ assessments and consultations are non-refundable or transferrable. Our puppy and life skills class spots are in high demand and spaces are limited. Reservations are not transferable. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the course commencement date. If the cancellation notice is less than 7 days the course fee is non-refundable. We are unable to refund you for missed classes. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide makeup sessions, however, we will endeavor to ensure you are able to catch up at your next attendance. Please notify us beforehand if your puppy or dog will miss a class. By completing and submitting this enrolment form, you have acknowledged that you are aware and accept our terms and conditions.
